This website, www.refreshnetwork.co.uk, is operated by Refresh Mortgage Network Limited ("Refresh", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under number 11614569. Our registered office is 207 Knutsford Road, Grappenhall, Warrington, Cheshire WA4 2QL. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number 826982).
2. Who this site is for
This site is intended for mortgage and protection intermediaries, firms and individuals considering joining Refresh as an appointed representative, and people who may introduce such firms to us. It is not aimed at consumers and nothing on it is, or should be relied on as, financial, mortgage or legal advice.
3. Membership and the tariff
Information on this site about membership of the network — including the retention percentage, the monthly cap, what is included, payment timing and Refresh Advance — is a summary. Membership is governed solely by the Appointed Representative Agreement and its schedules, which prevail over anything on this site. Joining is subject to our due diligence, approval by our compliance function and the Financial Conduct Authority's appointment process. Refresh Advance is an optional facility provided through a third-party funding partner, available only where the facility has been offered to you in writing.
4. The savings calculator
The calculator provides illustrative figures only, based on the inputs you enter and the published Refresh tariff. Comparison figures for other ways of being authorised are typical market figures, not quotations. The calculator does not take account of your individual circumstances and is not an offer.
5. Introducer scheme
The introducer scheme described on this site is governed by our Introducer Terms, which prevail over any summary on this site.
6. Accuracy and changes
We take care to keep the content of this site accurate and current, but we may change it, and our tariff, at any time. Changes to the tariff for existing members are made only in accordance with the Appointed Representative Agreement. We may suspend, withdraw or modify all or part of the site without notice.
7. Your use of the site
You may use this site for your own business purposes. You must not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, introduce harmful material, scrape it, or reproduce or distribute its content without our written permission. If we provide you with login details for any part of our systems you must keep them confidential; we may disable them if we believe they have been misused.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in this site and its content belongs to us or our licensors. The Refresh name and logo are our trade marks.

Links to other websites are provided for information only; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices and do not endorse them.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its content, including loss of profit, business or data, and for damage caused by viruses or other harmful material. We do not guarantee that the site will be available or error-free.
