Our commitment
Refresh Mortgage Network Limited is committed to conducting its business ethically and with integrity and has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in its operations and supply chain. This statement is made voluntarily, in the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, for the financial year 2026.
Our business
Refresh Mortgage Network Limited is an FCA-authorised mortgage and protection network that appoints and supervises appointed representative firms across the UK. We operate from Cheshire with a small team of directors and accountable managers and a largely automated operating model. Our supply chain is predominantly technology and professional services: cloud hosting, software and AI tooling, data and screening providers, insurers, lenders and product providers, and professional advisers. We assess the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chain as low.
Responsibility
The Board of Directors is responsible for this statement and for compliance with our legal and ethical obligations. The Chief Executive oversees the implementation and review of this policy.
Our policies and due diligence
We expect every supplier and contractor to comply with the Modern Slavery Act and to maintain equivalent standards in their own supply chains. When we engage a new supplier we consider the sector risk and, for higher-risk categories, ask for their modern slavery statement or policy. Anyone working for or with us can raise a concern about slavery or human trafficking in confidence with the Chief Executive, and we will investigate any allegation and act on it. Where we recruit, we use reputable agencies, carry out right-to-work checks, and pay at least the National Living Wage.
Review
No incidents of modern slavery or human trafficking have been reported to us since the company's formation. We review this statement annually. This statement was approved by the directors of Refresh Mortgage Network Limited in October 2026.
